Hot Property on the Costa Blanca is a family-owned and run
estate agency located in the tranquil Orba Valley, just fifteen minutes
drive from the town of Denia and the beautiful beaches of Spain's Costa
Blanca. We know the region well, originally having ranged far and wide
in our own search for the ideal place for our family to put down roots.
Since then we have travelled even more extensively in the course of our
business (selling properties on the Costa Blanca), as a result having
gained the experience necessary to advise others who wish to do likewise.
It's a major step to uproot ones' family and to move to a country with
a totally different culture and way of life but, having said that, we
and countless others made that decision and thank our stars we did! It
takes a while to adapt but not long to begin to appreciate those differences;
most of those who ourchased a property and moved here wish they could
have done so long before!
We are a husband and wife team that chooses to maintain
direct control over the standard of service we offer to our many clients,
thereby safeguarding our hard-earned reputation for selling property on
the Costa Blanca. We don't employ any sales staff whatsoever; our clients
deal solely with us, Chris and Julie. The spin-off is that we conduct
much of our business with relatives and friends of our existing clients,
purely as a result of personal recommendation. This is something that
we value highly and we intend to keep it that way!
Where exactly would you like to live and
what will it cost?
"Location, Location, Location…"
As in any part of the world, property prices here on the
Costa Blanca vary according to factors such as the local climate; the
amenities available, which can include local schools and medical facilities,
access to airports and major highways, or even the distance to the nearest
beaches! We occasionally meet those wishing to live in isolated splendour,
deep in the mountains and happy to rely upon a generator or solar power
for their electricity! Others may wish to invest in a holiday home no
more than a few minutes' walk to the beach and supermarkets. Prices vary
as much, sometimes within a few minutes' drive. Individuals vary enormously
in their expectations and budgets so we tailor our service to suit.
What type of property do we sell?
Our selection of properties for sale on the Costa Blanca
includes villas with swimming pools and wonderful views, traditional townhouses
in rural villages, new houses and apartments ideal as holiday homes, properties
on exclusive golf complexes, farmhouses, traditional stone buildings and
plots of land. Simply put, a wide range of choices to suit individual
tastes.
However, whilst we always maintain a direct relationship with our clients
we do work closely with a few selected associate agents outside our immediate
area and whom we know from experience to be entirely dependable; as a
result we can also offer properties in South Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol, Almeria,
Valencia and regions further inland. Prices can be considerably lower
in areas slightly removed from "the Costas" and often appeal
to purchasers with more limited budgets.
What do we do for you?
We work with you every step of the way; from your initial
enquiry through an in-depth fact-find: we can't begin to suggest that
you visit specific properties unless we have a clear idea as to what you
need. This approach helps to eliminate time-wasting both for our clients
and for ourselves.
