Located in the village of Sanet y Negrals in the Orba Valley, we are midway between Alicante and Valencia, allowing fast, easy access to their International Airports, and making it easy for us to collect our clients from either one.
Our working area, broadly speaking, extends north to Gandia and south to Moraira, Calpe and Altea. The nearest large coastal towns are Javea and Denia, both about 25 minutes drive away. Our closest neighbouring valleys, those of Jalon and Pego are only minutes away by car and known for their vineyards and paddy fields apart from being desirable places to live. Jalon in particular, for those partial to the juice of the grape, which is available from a wide choice of local Bodegas!
The majority of our properties are within 15 to 20 minutes drive from the coast and its magnificent beaches or located within beautiful, tranquil valleys far removed from the climate of Northern and Western Europe.
